the room heating was bad and regulated to a maximum of 22 degrees i had to use an extra heater for the baby's room

The room offered a well-equipped kitchenette. It included cutlery, two pots, plates, a toaster, and a water cooker. I found the size of the apartment bigger than i expected (it was very spacious indeed).
The sauna was not quite hot enough for my preference, sadly.

Really good Stay, Modern Comfort and Great Amenities!

I found the room very spacious and modern. the kitchen had all the necessary equipment for preparing meals, including a stovetop and microwave. i also appreciated the free parking in the garage. It provided secure and convenient access to my vehicle.
the air conditioning did not seem very effective (i couldn't adjust it much). it struggled to keep the room cool, a bit of a problem during the warmer days of my stay. i hope they will fix it soon.

The room was spacious. The bed was VERY comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, and it had a lot of options. The bread was AMAZING!!! The baby cot was wooden with wheels. It was sturdy, clean, and easy to move.
The restaurant meal was far and away the WORST meal experience I have had in a long time. Staff were at best completely undertrained and unsupported or at worst willfully incompetent. Of the 5 tables eating dinner, nobody got the right drinks or starters. We left feeling hungry, irritated, and stunned.

it was spacious and well equipped with an excellent bathroom and shower. free underground parking was a big plus, also supermarkets are located close to the hotel.
the staff at breakfast seemed overwhelmed with the amount of guests and responded poorly to inquiries. the extra bed we booked in the apartment was uncomfortable and almost broke twice.
